Junk removal & hauling
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household junk, yard debris and construction debris. Send photos of the full load and tell us about stairs, heavy items or difficult access. Ask about any material you’re unsure we can accept.
House, estate & property cleanouts
Help with houses, apartments, garages, basements and storage units. We work with homeowners, families, landlords and property managers. Mark what stays, confirm what can be removed, and tell us about your move-out or turnover deadline.
Light demolition & removal
Shed, playset and hot-tub removal, plus bathroom, kitchen, cabinet, flooring and drywall demolition within an agreed scope. Send photos and explain what should remain. Utility disconnection, structural work and hazardous-material handling are not automatically included. Demolition is quoted by project.
Moving & labor-only help
Local moving, loading, unloading and furniture moves. Already have a truck or dumpster? Ask for labor-only help and tell us what equipment and transportation you’re providing. Moving and labor services have hourly rates and a minimum booking, listed below.

Full trailer (12.5 yd³): $625
These are reference prices based on the space your items occupy once packed. Loads between these sizes can be priced between the listed amounts. Send photos for an estimate; we confirm the final price before loading.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Normal household junk, normal access and loading, hauling, and normal disposal.
SPECIAL ITEMS & EXTRA WORK
TVs: +$75 each.
Mattress/box spring pricing depends on whether it is the entire pickup or part of a larger load. When included with a load, the applicable charge is reduced from the standalone pickup price; we confirm it in your quote.
Mattress/box spring disposal, tires, refrigerant appliances, pianos, safes, hot tubs, unusually heavy items, excessive stairs or long carries, teardown/disassembly, and unusual labor may add fees. Any applicable extras will be explained in your quote.
HEAVY DEBRIS
Concrete, dirt, brick, shingles, tile, rock, and other dense debris are quoted separately based on weight, material, disposal, and handling. Standard trailer-volume prices do not apply.
MOVING SERVICES
Full Moving Service: $180/hour for a 2-person crew
Full Moving Service: $225/hour for a 3-person crew
Labor-Only Service: $160/hour for a 2-person crew
2-hour minimum for full moving and labor-only services. For labor-only, you provide the truck, trailer or container; transportation, hauling and disposal are not included.
LIGHT DEMOLITION
Quoted by project based on material, volume, access and labor.
BAGSTER-STYLE BAG PICKUP
Standard pickup: $200 per filled bag. Specialty items are not included and may require additional fees. The bag must be safely accessible. Excessive weight, difficult access, or prohibited materials may change pricing. Dense debris requires a separate quote.
FLEXIBLE PICKUP & DISCOUNTS
A flexible pickup window may qualify for a lower route-day price when we are already working nearby. Availability and savings vary and are not guaranteed. Listed base prices are before any applicable discount. Ask whether route-day pricing is available for your job. Discounts are not automatically applied or combined.
