What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Coon Rapids and proudly serve the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if you're in our zone? Just ask!
How do I book a pickup?
Easy — head to our Booking Request Form. Just tell us what you need removed, upload a few photos, and we’ll follow up quickly to confirm the details.
What kinds of junk do you remove?
We handle:
Household trash and bagged garbage
Furniture and Appliances
Couches
Exercise Equipment
Paint Cans and other Household Chemicals
Yard waste (leaves, branches, trimmings)
Construction debris (drywall, wood, tile, etc.)
If you’re not sure it qualifies, send a photo and we’ll let you know.
Do you remove heavy or bulky items?
Yes! We take couches, mattresses, dressers, refrigerators, and more. If it's oversized or awkward to carry, just let us know ahead of time so we come prepared.
What don’t you take?
We can’t remove:
Gasoline, propane tanks
Anything infested with bugs or mold (unless discussed first)

Do I have to be home for pickup?
Not always! If the items are outside and accessible, we can often handle it without you being there. Just let us know in your request, and we’ll coordinate from there.
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing depends on how much junk you have and what type it is. We charge by truckload size. You can see starting rates on our Services page, or send us photos for a fast quote.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, card, Venmo, or CashApp at the time of service. A deposit is required to get you locked in on our schedule, and it goes toward your total payment. We’ll always confirm pricing before we begin, no surprise charges, no hidden fees.
Can I reschedule or cancel my pickup?
Of course! Just give us a heads-up as soon as possible so we can update our schedule. We don’t charge cancellation fees, but please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we carry general liability insurance and take your property seriously. You’re in good hands with us.
